Training Area

Just a quick reminder to all campers to reply to characters' bio forms when they are no longer in use as characters to let us know that fact so we can keep the collection up to date, and also to reply in the Faceclaim, Who's Who, and Cabin lists so that we can work as efficiently as possible!

Angel face lit up. "Of coarse. I havent been in alot ot fights but Ive held my own against some tough guys. Don't worry about me, It'll be fun." Angel said with confidence.

Angel looked at his quiver and spun his finger in a circle casting a spell to turn his arrows that were blunt so they would not pierce Jordan but do blunt damage. "I'm ready when you are." Angel said as he got into archers stance.

"I only really fight with a sword, not a bow." Jordan said. "You want to do ranged vs melee?"

The moving dummy slashes at Kora who ducks and rolls and slashes back. This goes on for a while as Kora ducks rolls, jumps and avoids slashes like they are nothing, as the difficulty is increased on the dummy. So far her highest was at 85% difficulty.

Angel smiled. "It's fine I'm pretty fast, and I'm not bad at Hand to Hand."

Angel nodded. "Ready. Set. Go." then took a back step while firing an arrow slightly off not hit but get the adrenaline rushing.

Jordan felt the rush once the arrow was fired and began running toward Angel, watching for an arrow to be shot.

Angel waited for Jordan to come closer then knocked an arrow and shot it at the ground to ricochet up to hopefully uppercut Jordan while back flipping to gain more distance.

Jordan saw the arrow heading to the ground and was able to block accordingly but he was reaching a range where his reaction time wouldn't be quick enough to block. He swung his sword at the bow to attempt to knock it out of Angel's hands.

Angel was barely able to dodge but his adrenaline helped him move enough the he was able to duck and sidestep around Jordan while the bow was struck and almost left Angels hand but he held his grip.

Jordan grunted and ran at Angel, trying to keep his momentum. He struck at the arm the bow was in.

Kora finishes up and sees the boys as she grabs a towel from her bag.

Angel quickly used the bow to block the swing and let Jordan's sword slide off the bow while leaning in for a jab.

Jordan's momentum forced him into the jab and he grunted as he attempted to swing for Angel's leg this time.

Angel picked up his leg but he wasn't fast enough to pick it up all the way in time so Jordan's sword hit the bottom of his foot and tripped him.

Jordan went in for the "killing blow" keeping it in such a way that it would keep him on the ground but not actually hurt.

"Nice one, But I don't give up easily." Angel said as he used his bow to swoop under Jordan and trip him.

Jordan stumbled but didn't fall. "You know, in a real fight you'd be dead right now."

"I could be but I could have also fired an arrow from the ground." Angel admitted. "Its a spar, no harm done in wanting more."
